Are you ready to become a warrior?

iPoker invites you to take part in a MTT super league that will run on May 2010.

For a one time entry cost of a $300 + $20 you’ll be able to get all action and play all nine events of the league.

It’s time to prove your skills in the battle to become the WSOP Warrior.

All you have to do is play the best you can, finish as high as you can, gain points for every tournament played, and win prizes based on your final position in the super league.

Description

iPoker will run a MTT super league that will feature a series of nine different tournaments, for a onetime entry cost of $300 + $20. The tournaments will run twice a week during May 2010.

Players will be able to enter the league either by directly register to it through the lobby, or by qualifying through the satellite promotion.

The satellite promotion will run during April 2010.

Registration for the league will be available from April 1st to May 9 th (at different cost, as detailed below), and will be permanently closed two hours before the third event of the league starts on Sunday, May 9 th, at 19:00 GMT.

All the players who have entered the league will be registered by iPoker to all nine tournaments. Players will gain points on every league tournament they play, and will be ranked based on the amount of accumulated points they gain from each of the tournaments.

The last event on the league will be the WSOP Warrior League Grand Final.

It’ll be open for the top 200 players who have reached most points up to event #8.

In this Grand Final event, players will be awarded with double the usual points.

Registration

Players can enter the WSOP Warrior Super League by registering to the below “no play” tournament:

  1. WSOP Warrior Super League A $300 + $20 Freezeout.
  2. Registration will be available at the above cost from April 1 st 2010, until May 2 nd at 17:00.
  3. WSOP Warrior Super League B $270 + $18 Freezeout.
  4. Registration will be available at the above cost from May 2 nd 2010 at 19:00, until May 4 th at 17:00.
  5. WSOP Warrior Super League C $240 + $16 Freezeout.
  6. Registration will be available at the above cost from May 4 th 2010 at 19:00, until May 9 th at 17:00.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Only registered players to “WSOP Warrior League” events are eligible to participate in the promotion. Registration can be done by either direct registration, by token, or by qualifying through the WSOP Warrior League satellite promotion. The qualifying tournaments are all thosewith the words “WSOP Warrior League” in the tournament name.
  2. Winners of the WSOP Warrior League must be at least 21 years of age in order to play in the WSOP events, which will be held in the Harrah’s Casino, Las Vegas (Nevada, U.S.A). Winners will need to provide a photo ID to confirm they meet this condition. Failing to do so will cause an allocation of the entire prize (including spending money) to the next player in the leaderboard.
  3. Registration to the WSOP Warrior promotion will be possible from April 1 st at 00:00:00 GMT until May 9 th at 17:00:00 GMT. After this time, registration will be no longer available. Prizes will be awarded to the top ranking players in the leaderboards based on the payout structure described above.
  4. In case of an interrupted tournament/s, the tournament will replay on the following day, with all the players that were still left in the tournament at the time of interruption. The tournament will start exactly where it was stopped: this means that the tournament will start at the same level it was at when the interruption occurred, and players will begin with the same size of chip stack they had at the time of interruption. The results of the replayed tournament will then be used to rank players with points, as per the regular points’ accumulation table.
  5. In case there is a tie between players’ final leaderboard points (once the promotion has ended and final results are achieved), each of the players with that number of points will receive a prize which correlates to their final place, based on the time on which they have reached that amount of points – the player who accumulated that amount of points earlier, will be ranked in the higher place, and so on.
  6. Players cannot qualify twice to the WSOP Warrior Super League. Once a player has qualified, he’ll be automatically registered to the WSOP Warrior League tournament. Upon finalization of the registration period, all registered players will be registered to the WSOP Warrior League events #1 to #9.
  7. Players can qualify more than once to the WSOP 2010 through the various WSOP 2010 promotions. This means that players can try and win any combination of a side event and main event packages, by qualifying through the WSOP Warrior Super League and through the regular WSOP ongoing promotions. In case where a player have qualified more than once for the same package, using the same account, they will receive the total value of the second one in cash, to their poker account.
  8. Prizes will not exceed their total value as described above, and will not be transferable, refundable or converted to cash under any circumstances.    10. All WSOP Main event winners will start on day 1D – July 8 th 2010.
  9. The WSOP packages included in this promotion will be under the same terms and conditions as they are offered on iPoker’s WSOP satellite promotions (“As is”).  iPoker will not make any changes to these packages
  10. All winning players’ personal information must be provided by the player’s card room, no later than June 7 th , 2010. (Personal info: full name, full home address, phone numbers and email, DOB, and passport numbers).
  11. iPoker reserves the right to refuse payment to any player which is found colluding.
  12. Payments will be made up to 10 days from the leaderboard completion.
  13. iPoker may amend/cancel the promotion at its sole discretion at any given time.
  14. All decisions made by iPoker are final.

Appendix A – WSOP Warrior Super League Satellite promotion

iPoker will run a satellite promotion to the WSOP Warrior League tournament.  The Satellite promotion will be available from April 1 st at 00:00:00 GMT – April 30 th at 23:59:59 GMT.

  • Ongoing Stage 1 SNG satellite $32+$3 (10 players) to the WSOP Warrior Super League A tournament.
  • Ongoing stage 1 SNG satellite $64+6 (5 players) to the WSOP Warrior Super League A tournament.
  • Ongoing stage 1 SNG satellite $160+8 (HU) to the WSOP Warrior Super League A tournament.
  • Stage 1 satellite $3+0.3 Turbo R/A Daily at 23:40 to the WSOP Warrior Super League A tournament.
  • Stage 1 satellite $15+1.5 Turbo R/A Daily at 10:35 to the WSOP Warrior Super League A tournament.
  • Ongoing stage 2 “One Hand” SNG satellite $3.3+0.3 (5 players).
  • Stage 1 satellite $60+6 Freezeout, Daily at 13:55 to the WSOP Warrior Super League A tournament.
  • Stage 2 S’N’G satellite $11+1.1 (6 players) Turbo to the 13:55 stage 1.
  • Stage 2 satellite $8+0.8 R/A, daily at 09:55 to the 13:55 stage 1.
