A window card is a term often used in poker games to describe an upcard especially in game types like Seven Card Stud. The first window card in a Seven Stud game is often referred to as the “door card.” But in other poker games such as Texas hold’em and Omaha, a window card is always the first card that has to be shown. Normally, the time chosen to reveal a window card is the time that the dealer brings out all the 3 cards for the flop which makes it very easy for a player.

Tip of the day
Do not bluff to math prone players. Some players that play intellectually with being smart and mathematical with most of their plays; it can be ideal stupidity to bluffing in poker versus such players that are playing with math. Math players can differentiate between bluff and actual play.
