Many of the Poker table supplies and hardware required to construct a poker table can be obtained locally. The wood can be found at a local timber yard, new felt can be found at billiard table supply stores and used felt can be found at local pool halls. Velveteen, cloth, vinyl and foam can be purchased at Fabrics dealers. Drink holders can be purchased from local Marine shops.

- 3 yards of cloth (felt, velveteen, etc.) – Drill & Sander
- 3 yards of 1/4″ foam (table padding) – Hammer & Screwdrivers
- Vinyl (for the rail) – Staple Gun (preferably powered)
- 1″ Foam (for the rail) – Hair Blow Dryer (to heat vinyl-for stretching)
- Folding Legs – Razor or Electric Knife (for cutting foam)
- Drink Holders (optional) – Nails, screws, staples, nuts & bolts (Misc. tools) Glue, emery paper, clamps.
