  1. The person who checks a lot is a passive player. The passive players are those that follow a betting style where they check/call a lot. They are the ones that will bet very rarely. The passive players are those that are a pest because playing with them yields less profit.
  2. Aggressive players can give more money. The aggressive players are those that follow a betting pattern where they bet and raise very often. When the table is going aggressive the pot will naturally be going rich and juicy. However, aggression can be a costly loss too.
  3. Understand the nature of the player like tight, passive, aggressive and passive. The speed with which you are able to assess the types of hands that is there with the many different opponents will boosts your profile to a great extent and of course better your play.

  7. Playing limp can be risky. There can be many cases where we will play limp pre-flop holdem knowing that it is a risky start. If there is going to be an aggressive BB in cases of limp starts they might probably bet high, you better check for strength before you proceed.
  8. Go all in if you think you still have a chance with aggressive opponents. Go all in and sit back to see how the side pot grows and you can wait for your result for the all ins in case there are aggressive players and you think you have a valued hand.
  9. Judge the maximum number of confrontations of your opponents. The best way to get organized for most of the shocking confrontations in poker games is to judge as many confrontations as possible before you sit in the table and very specifically when you are at the table.
  10. If small changes are needed to your regular strategy, do it. At any point of your poker games make minor adjustments that can help with making a better play with the little chips that you have. This is best applicable in limit games where you are playing with little chips.
